This beautiful, modern and recently finished villa is located in Porto Petro, Santanyí at a very short distance from the sea.

Built on a plot of 500m2, it has a constructed area of 232 m2.
The house is distributed on two floors, and has a total of 3 double bedrooms with fitted closets and 2 bathrooms (1 of them en suite), one of the bedrooms is located on the first floor without the need to climb stairs and with more privacy, two others on the second floor with a shared bathroom and large open terrace.

This is the reform of a house built in the early 70s, mainly intended for summer stay.

- The building envelope has been insulated with thermal insulation of between 6 and 12 CMS thickness, except where an air chamber and a double brick sheet have been installed. The roofs are also insulated.

- The aluminum carpentry is Technal brand with thermal bridge break and Climalit glass, solar control and low-emission with air chamber.

- The floor tiles are Formentor ivory porcelain tiles, size 60x60 cm. On the outside of the porch and pool terrace the same but non-slip. The pool curb with bush-hammered natural stone, as well as the access area to the house. The interior of the swimming pool is made of dark blue stoneware.

- The house has AACC and solar panels arranged on the roof and facing south.

- It has a kitchen equipped with appliances and furniture by Riera Estudio of the Santos brand.

- The bathrooms are fully equipped with accessories in place.

- The laundry room has a washing machine, dryer and utility room.
