THE AREA OF SECAR DE LA REAL:
is a residential neighbourhood North District of Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands (Spain). In the district are located the Monasterio de la Real and Son Espases Vell, where the Balearic government built the new reference hospital for the Balearic community.

Emblematic building of the area used as a reference by the neighbours given the date of construction dates back to 1900. In the rustic Mallorcan style, the building continues to acquire the character of the old architecture built in the sea. The building does not only consist of 4 houses; it still shows the outbuildings of the time when people and animals lived together, we find its stables, pantries, tooling area and so on.
